Teaching & Learning Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Teaching & Learning Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on supporting districts in strengthening literacy instruction through research-based practices, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and continuous school improvement efforts.
This position is open to candidates interested in part-time (0.5 FTE) to full-time (1.0 FTE) employment; compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate is skilled in instructional coaching and committed to building strong partnerships with educators and administrators.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years teaching experience
- Ability to design and deliver professional learning and coaching
- Research-based literacy instruction and intervention
- Assessment and data practices
- Continuous school improvement processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships with educators and administrators

School Psychologist
ducational Service Unit 15 is seeking a dynamic School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year.
While we are seeking a full-time candidate, we may consider FTE equivalency under 1.0 for the right candidate.
Required Skills and Knowledge
The successful applicant should possess strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Mental health practices and supports
- Academic and behavioral interventions
- Using and interpreting data
- Assessment practices
- Problem-solving processes and consultation
- Facilitating group processes
- Working with youth in a variety of settings
Applicants must also demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop relationships with administrators, staff, students, and parents.
Requirements & Certifications
Current certification as a school psychologist is required. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain valid Nebraska credentials for this position.

Bookkeeping Assistant
Educational Service Unit 15 is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team two days a week. Skills needed include experience in billing, accounting, or related fields preferred, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to prepare, verify and send accurate invoices, record and apply customer payments, and additional duties as assigned by the bookkeeper.
