A productive day of collaboration, reflection, and planning at ESU 15! District teams came together for the 2026 TIP Action Planning Workshop to strengthen their understanding of the Targeted Improvement Plan process and turn data into meaningful action.
Throughout the workshop, teams worked to: ✅ Review and unpack NDE TIP feedback 📊 Analyze goals, data, and factors influencing progress 🤝 Strengthen alignment between problem statements, goals, priorities, and action steps 🎯 Clarify next steps for planning and implementation

🛑 See flashing red lights? STOP! 👀 Keep your eyes open for students. 🐢 Slow down and give buses plenty of space. 🙌 Show bus drivers some love!
Whether you’re behind the wheel, on the bus, or waiting at the bus stop, safety is everyone’s job!

Today, October 12th, educators from Southwest and St. Patrick Elementary continued their LETRS training journey, deepening their understanding of the science of reading and how students learn to read.
Throughout Unit 2, educators explore the speech sounds of English, phonological processing, all 44 English phonemes, and phonemic awareness. They’re gaining practical strategies to strengthen foundational reading instruction and use data to better support student learning.
👏 A huge thank-you to the 100+ educators participating in LETRS across our ESU 15 districts! Your dedication to professional growth and evidence-based instruction helps build stronger readers and brighter futures.
