School Psychologists assist area schools in carrying out their responsibility to appropriately serve children with learning or other disabilities.

School Psychologists can also assist students struggling with emotional and/or mental health problems at the request of school administrators.

School Psychologists work closely with building level Student Assistance Teams (SAT) to provide quality pre-special education referral interventions that will hopefully help the struggling student remediate and not need special education services.
